The team is led by young and dynamic entrepreneur, Shambhavi Jamwal, Who is CEO & Founder, Director, Script writer and Singer. She is the brain behind inception of Pitchventure productions Private Limited. A multitalented, media expert, graduate in Film and Television production and Media and Mass communication, with creative ideas has worked extensively with Govt of India, MoD, Road Safety campaign and Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. She has written and sung many Jingles, songs and also directed Documentaries and Music Albums. Many time awarded appreciation of the Govt for her contributions and winner of many contest. A strategic thinker responsible for smooth functioning of the organization. Under take direction works of the projects. She keeps tabs on everything to keep business in flow. She is responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency of the team through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
Brig Birender Singh (Retd)
Director, Chief Coordinator and Lyrics writer
A motivational speaker, Human Resource Management, Event Management, Financial Management, and Media Management expert. Highly qualified and experience Director who was Gold Medalist, Sword of Honour and the best Sportsman of the Academy during commission. He conducted two major expeditions which are in Limca books of records. Avid writer, who was chief Editor of Compendium and Technical broacher on Atal Tunnel and earned the appreciations of Hon’ble PM and RM. The Director has conceptualised many documentaries and scripting for Road safety Jingles and Songs. He plans and coordinates with various Govt and Public/Private agencies.

Favourite of all team members, she gives her team creative freedom. A lady who defies all stereotypes, she is passionately curious who strive only to create values.
Abhishek Sengupta
Content writer, Assistant Director, Cinematographer, Photographer and Media coordinator
A young graduate in Film and Television production and an aspiring Filmmaker with 5 years of experience, specializing in content writing for publications, videography, cinematography, scriptwriting, and storyboard creation. A strong background in bringing compelling dramas and documentaries to life using a variety of visual storytelling and cinematic techniques. Five years of in content writing, commercial photography and editing and have worked with government organisations. Serve as editor for the production of an independent drama film, Pehchan, centred on a Split personality disorder patient. Filmed, wrote, and produced a documentary film capturing the life of a new mother around her child and how her life changed. He has also been the Director and script writer for the short film “Other Side of the Tunnel”. He did the research, content writing and photography for Compendium on Ladakh and Uttarakhand for MoD.
